Answer: You do. We tailor our products to suit your needs.
- Question: What happens if we need changes in the product selection?
Answer: We make the changes in our next filling service.
- Question: Besides typical snacks, do you have healthy and low-carb choices?
Answer: We have the latest products in this class that you can choose from. Try them and rotate them.
- Question: How fast do you respond to service calls?
Answer: Usually within 2 to 4 hours of the call, and always within 24 hours.
- Question: What happens if we lose money in the machine?
Answer: Upon request we will leave a “cash bank” with you, so that you can immediately collect what you lost. In the meantime we will fix the machine to prevent future occurrences.
- Question: How fresh are your products?
Answer: All products are placed in our machines immediately after we take delivery from the manufacturer. All dated products are removed from our machines prior to expiration.
- Question: What is the condition of your equipment?
Answer: New or refurbished in most cases.
- Question: How are prices determined?
Answer: You have a big role in that. Prices are the lowest if you require no commission and are increased accordingly if you desire commission.
- Question: Are you insured?
Answer: We carry $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 in liability insurance.
